This section will take you through a step by step guide on how to make payments for bills using electronic means.
Making a Payment
To a make a flutterwave payment, Open your bill under Billing & Payments > Invoices
Opening the Invoices Menu
To view invoice details, open the invoice you want to pay by clicking on the invoice number.
After reviewing the invoice, make the payment by clicking on the Pay button
Click the pay button
Paying with MPESA
In the payment page that opens up, select the Mpesa Online payment option.
Select Mpesa Online
Enter your Safaricom Mobile number to use for payment then Click on the "Pay with Mpesa" button.
You will then see a notification message on the screen as shown below
Check your phone for an Mpesa payment request that should appear as below. Enter your Mpesa pin number and complete the payment
Once your mpesa payment is successful, your application will move to the next step for further processing.
Paying with Flutterwave
Flutterwave is a payment method that allows your to pay for a service using your debit/credit card or mobile money for a wide number of mobile networks in Africa
In the payment page that opens up, select the flutterwave payment option.
Selecting Flutterwave
Click on the "Pay with Flutterwave" button
Enter your credit/debit card details and follow the instructions provided
Your payment will be automatically completed and your application will move to the next step for further processing.
