Applications must be made for services in order to access those services. This is done through electronic forms in OneStop.
Making a New Application
Go to the Services Menu
You can also Search for the service you are interested in.
Click on the service and click on the new link in the service dashboard that appears
You can also go straight to a new application from the service box. In the Service box that appears click on the new icon button as shown below:
Starting a New Application
Fill in the application form that appears. Note that the form automatically saves a draft as you fill it in
To access a draft for an application in OneStop, simply click on new application on your next login. Your previous details will appear for you to continue the application process.
Once you are done with the application process, click on Review and Submit

Review your details and select confirm the validity of the provided information.
You can also print the details of your draft application before doing a final submission.
